Veis va Ramin

Vis and Ramin is a tale out of the Parthian Empire, turned into an epic poem by Nezami of Ganja. It speaks of human emotions of love and jealousy that transcend time. The story has all elements of an epic romance, but still surprises the reader time and again with unforeseen twists. Persian literature owes much to this tale.
